I thought this was great, a disgruntled Lloyds customer changed his password to “Lloyds is pants” only to have it changed later without his knowledge to “no its not” by a Lloyds rep. The customer in question found the response quite witty, but lost his sense of humour when they customer services rep on the phone refused to change it back to “Lloyds is pants”, “Barclays is better” or “censorship”.

It’s pretty genius, and apparently they’ve sacked the guy/girl in question but still it was quite amusing. Shame that the customer services rep didn’t have the same sense of humour about it when the gentlemen rang back.
